 The cost is based per suite and the suites can be shared by 2 guest which would reduce the cost per person as follows:

The cost for the queen suites in villa#1 with 2 guest would be $1750 per person and the cost for the master suite with 2 guest would be $2250 per person.

 Package Rate Includes: (for Costa Rica) transportation via ground to/from San Jose Airport to Manuel Antonio (per investment schedule), Private suite with Ocean View or rainforest views, Private chef and Healthy Gourmet Meals geared toward weight loss (breakfast & dinner (per investment schedule), 2 rainforest or ocean adventures , 1 in house masage (per investment schedule), 3 fitness sessions (yogalates, pilates & core conditioning) and 1 hike in the Manual Antonio National Park. Not Included; lunch meals, however typical Costa Rican lunch is provided with adventures, local transportation in Manuel Antonio with the exception of tours, gratuities for drivers, taxis, maids or chef are not included and are greatly appreciated for providing exceptional service. and each suite will be provided with  2-16oz bottles of spring water daily, any additional water will be provided but the charge is not included in this package rate.

Package Rate Includes: (For Florida) transportation to/from Tampa International to the Estate, Private suite with Ocean View or landscape view (per investment schedule), Healthy gourmet meals geared toward weight loss (breakfast, lunch & dinner), 2- 16 oz bottled waters per suite, per day (additional beverages and water available with additional charge),  daily fitness activities (yoga, pilates, core conditioning, hikes and more), 1 in house massage (based on investment schedule), Private training, coaching, nutritional consults and wellness lessons (based on investment schedule). Not included; flight to/from Tampa International, gratuities for drivers, taxis, maids or chef are not included and are greatly appreciated for providing exceptional service. Aditional spa services, private training, nutritional consults and additional tours not mentioned on your investment schedule.
